At KimberSu Boutique, we want you to love your purchase!
Regular Priced Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund to the original payment method.
Sale Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
-Unworn and unwashed
-Free of stains, odors, pet hair, smoke and damage
-Original Tags attached
Return Shipping:
-One complimentary return shipping label will be provided per order for eligible returns of regular priced merchandise.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on sale merchandise returns.
-Customers are responsible for shipping costs on any additional returns or exchanges after the complimentary return label has been used>
